And I’m telling you that the Lord is saying the Word of God is living, powerful, it is active, sharper than any two-edged sword cutting between the division of soul and spirit. And what does that mean? When you begin to get the Word of God coming alive in you, you will rightly discern what is going on in the planet, what is going on in the culture, what is going on in politics, you don’t have to just try to process everything through your mental abilities or your faculties, you begin to get into the Word of God, and it will bring true discernment to you. And one of the things the body of Christ has been lacking is a heightened level of discernment. We’re falling to our natural ability, our carnal intellect, our five senses. But when the Word of God comes, it separates with a division of soul and spirit. What does that mean? Well, spirit is truth. Jesus said in John 6:63, My words are spirit, they are all truth. But what we do is we fall to this naturalism, this idea that we’ve got to really just sort things out and read the terrain through our natural ability. But the Word of God separates soul and spirit.
