I heard the Spirit of the Lord say,

“I have not called you to be ordinary. I have called you to be kings and priests in the earth, anointed to reign by the power of your words. You will shape atmospheres and command climates of breakthrough, for I have placed My scepter in your mouth.”

A sound is rising in the spirit, a frequency of heaven breaking through the static of the earth. It is the sound of My voice, calling My people back to alignment, back to purpose, back to Me.

You have lingered too long in atmospheres of defeat. You have tolerated climates of despair. You have permitted the enemy to program your surroundings with fear, doubt, and unbelief.

Do not be conformed to what you see. Do not lean on the understanding of the natural mind, nor the counsel of men that lacks My breath. For I am raising up a people who hear Me, who discern My voice above the clamor of chaos.

Just as Elijah heard the sound of abundance rain before a drop fell, so will you hear the sound of My promise in your drought.

Let the rain of My Spirit fall upon the desert within you.

Let the climate of your home shift from chaos to peace.

Let your car become a chariot of worship.

Let your phone resonate with psalms of deliverance.

Let your heart be a wellspring of My Word, until your tongue becomes a scalpel of heaven, cutting away what hinders and releasing what heals.

I am summoning a generation of prophetic rainmakers, those who will not speak lack over My plenty, who will not declare death where I have ordained life.

Do not let your mouth cancel what My hands seek to establish.

I am releasing a sound, a sound of revival, a sound of dominion, a sound that causes walls to crumble and seas to part. Those who align their words with My Word will see kingdoms shift and atmospheres bow.

Let your mouth forge your future.

Let your tongue decree your destiny.

Let your declarations draft blueprints of glory.

For I am breathing upon these words, and they shall not return to Me void. They are established in heaven.

Now speak them into the earth.”
